And there is court tomorrow...greaaaat.....the one nite hubby decides he wants to go out to dinner! Can hardly say "No dear, I don't want to have a nice dinner out with you. I would rather spend it at home, on the couch, watching this doc make a bigger fool of himself" That would flush 30 years down the toilet....lol
Maybe just this once, we can all pray for snow tomorrow.....
Watch out for the lightening...God is going to strike me dead. You may want to move away from me...... affraid

Yes, Inchworm. Ms. Willmott finished her direct, and Mr. Martinez does not get an opportunity to re-cross. Next up are the jury questions; I hear there are over 100 of them!

I'll bet even if their questions are awesome he'll hum-haw around them somehow

I have another question: was JA on any drugs or alcohol or have they asked that. Not that it would matter considering how gruesome this is but still I haven't heard it mentioned so far.

Funny you should ask about the drugs and alcohol.....someone called into HLN today and ask that same question. No drugs or alcohol was involved at all per HLN.

It just seemed odd with her claiming "the fog" that there wasn't somekind of substance abuse, I guess that explains why the dr. keeps droning on, trying to find some way to explain what the psycho did... it's not working for me.

The media's being very hard on Juan Martinez and I really disagree with them. This isn't a trial about who's the nicest guy. In fact if I need a lawyer, I want one that's a mean SOB. That's who I want working for me.

I don't care if he's rude to Jodi, her expert witness or her defense team. He's paid to be passionately prosecute Travis' murder and I wouldn't want him to be any other way. I think when the jurors are interviewed about this later, most of them will say that they were OK with JM's style. I can't imagine anyone would overlook the evidence and vote for leniency on Jodi's behalf because they don't like JM. I just don't see it

I agree as well. If he showed Jodi or her witnesses any softness it would send a wrong message to the jury. (If the prosecutor shows a weakness it would mean he wasn't sure about his case). I like Martinez style, he is showing his compassion for Travis (the victim not the perp).

The next defense witness is supposed to be this women who specializes in abused women. (She is really selling out her mission if she is going in the defense of Jodi), I hope Martinez rips into her the same way he did Samuels. If she has been watching the trial (which she's not supposed to do) she may just cancel out.

Can't wait to hear the jury's questions, will give an insight as to where they are going. I do believe that Samuels was destroyed on that stand by Juan with no chance of a come back by the defense.

I have noticed that Nurmi gives Martinez dirty looks all day long. And that female attorney hates the objections, it just cracks me up every time Martinez says "objection", she can't help but show her anger

Agree with everything that you posted, and Aris also rolls her eyes when Martinez objects. I hope the jury is not falling for this guy.

I think the jury questions will be very critical of Dr Samuels, hence very entertaining for us.

I'm looking forward to them

I have missed so much, but trying to catch up now. GREAT posts by all, especially agree with the comments about the media and Juan Martinez. I was just on the Facebook page and they had posed this picture.

All I can say is "WOW"
