Jodi is due in court today for a pretrial hearing....IS is talking about it right now.

Did they say what the hearing is about CB?

No...they just reviewed the case and said that they will be airing it on IS. I've looked everywhere in AZ newspapers and online and I can't find anything.

According to IS, Jodi will be in court today for a pre trial hearing. Prosecution wants some kind of notes. IS said "you will see it right here". Don't know if that mean the hearing or the trial.

There are witnesses that say Jodi had cuts and bandages on her hands, and changed her hair color from blonde to brown by the time authorities found her. This is damning. 27 stab wounds, a cut throat, Im sure she had to get cut doing all this. Plus she admitted to having a gun of the same caliber that shot Travis.

Thank you CB, I would love to join ! I was actively involved (online) with the Peterson Case, Anthony Case, now this case, and upcoming Zimmerman/Martin Case, the Ramsey Case, Lisa Irwin Case (sad), and several others.
I was following this case when it first broke, and lost touch with much of it so I will have to familiarize myself again, and play catch up.

lisa.....drop by the Zimmerman thread and the library. We have lots of info there. We would certainly value your thoughts. Things are a little quiet right now as we have discussed everything ad nauseum, but we do have friendly posters with a wide range of opinions. Maybe you will think of something we haven't dissected to death yet.....

Just heard that there is a pretrial hearing today at 3:30 EST (I think). Wasn't really listening. Don't know what it is about. Will look around.

Just a heads up... IS won't show this trial because it is in AZ and the time difference will not allow for them to show it all... so I am assuming they will air it on a later date. I hope they have it online somewhere for us to view live.

Delay, delay, delay

Ya know ladies, I don't have my breath held until this trial starts cuz it just would not surprise me in the least that it would be delayed. What I do find very odd is that these female killers have no qualms about being behind bars while waiting for trial. (Casey Anthony, Elizabeth Johnson and Jodi) I guess it's just part of that psychopath in them that they can so easily adapt to their surroundings.

I heard the tail end of a Jodi up-date on IS this morning.
Her trial wont start until the 26th, I was to late to hear the reason why. And the Judge hasn't ruled on the 6 week delay motion yet. (???)

Jodi Arias trial gets one week delay -- for now

•The murder trial is now set to start November 26
•Defense wants more time to examine evidence

Alleged killer Jodi Arias’ trial is being pushed back at least a week.

At a hearing Tuesday, Judge Sherry Stephens moved the start date from November 19 to November 26. The judge has not ruled on the defense team’s request for a six-week delay. Arias’ lawyers say their expert needs more time to examine a laptop hard drive.

Court documents say the hard drive contains text messages between and pictures of Arias and the victim, Travis Alexander.

Is the hearing at 10 AZ Time? If so, then it is noon EST. Right?

It is AZ time.... I don't know if that would be 12 EST or 1 EST.... I can't remember if it's 2 hours behind or 3 I wonder where we could watch it???
