I think the outcome of this trial could have been determined at jury selection. It depends on the amount of M's on the jury. I don't think that this a question they are allowed to ask during Voir dire.
Did I understand that InSession will have LAST weeks testimony on Monday and Live on Tuesday. I just didn't understand this weeks testimony on Monday. Sorry.

what do you mean? How could the outcome be determined at jury selection, does M's = males and what question are they not allowed to ask during Voir dire? TIA for your reply.

Insession will be airing the trial from the beginning (1st day) starting today (7th) since InSession has been on break. but on Tuesday court will resume and we can watch it live stream again or keep watching Insession who will air the trial, but not live due to time differences, plus IS has to catch up anyways . Did I make sense lol

I didn't know that during opening statements that the other side could object.... They didn't do that in KC's trial did they? My memory is horrible.

I just heard on IS that the trial will start at 12:30 EST. Doesn't is usually start at 1:30? But, knowing how the always start on time.... Jodi Arias #1 - Page 11 22155654

Also,CA's appeal hearing is at 1:30 EST. I think I will keep an eye on that online and watch Jodi on IS. So I may not be in chat right away.

ETA: The CA Hearing should only be about 30 minutes....

The trial is on Insession now. Or rather they are going over stuff from yesterday.
They are just showing pictures and getting started. Nothing in court yet.
Vinnie said the "judge is taking care of some logistics". ????

I am going to get set up for the Casey Anthony hearing.

I would be glad to keep you posted on the Jodi Arias case as long as I can if anyone is interested. One or two on the computer and one on television. Brings back old times.

Trial is not on now but they are still discussing it on InSession which usually goes off at 12:00 here and it is now 12:26. So they are extending InSession time.

Yes I am confused but nothing new. (LOL)

I don't know if they will pick up after lunch

I will let you know if it continues at 1:25.

Sherry Simpson Director of Domestic Violence Registery says it is a fatal attraction case. JA has not told truth once. Jodi has not shown any evidence of abuse and that the one that is dead is the one that suffered abuse.

Sherry Simpson said Jodi should have had bruising or told someone about abuse.

I guess she made up her mind!

Day after body was found Jodi had more concern about Travis than herself. "We broke up but were still intimate." "Not heading toward marriage"

This Shrry Simpson Director of Domestic Violence Registery says Jodi is narcissisic and thinks she is going to get away with it.

I think this is very interesting coming from a person in this postion. I don't know if it was self defense or not but I guess this Sherry does. IMO
