One more question.
Why was Cindy not charged with pergery? I know this has been discussed many places. I still don't understand this unless the state did not want to spend the money. That is the only reasonable answer I can see.

IMO, the state did not charge Cindy with purgery because too much money and time had already been wasted on this family. I also think that it was maybe expected. Would I lie on the stand to save my child? Probably. IMO, the state never expected Cindy to tell the truth and it is just not worth the time, trouble and the cost. I have decided that the oath witnesses take to tell the truth is useless. They say they will, but they say whatever will help or hurt, as the case may be, the defendant.

I don't think any family members or friends have spoken or posted since the trial. But I certainly could have missed it.

I agree Chickenbutt. I don't think they would spend the time or money. What this trial did to our justice system is a crime. (LOL)

I just think they should have.

Hi Katie2, I think Cindy ultimately took care of the stolden funds from the granddad's nursing home account.

I guess the point I was trying to make was that the only one that could sign checks on that account was grandma and could only be to the nursing home. I just read that. I thought maybe someone else could have brought a suit and why they didn't. I figure they thought the state had her.
I was just rereading some of the testimony by some of the witnesses and Cindy's brother. Interesting stuff. Those friends of hers were shocked. I guess it was unbelievable to them also.
Have any of the friends ever posted anything since the trial that anyone knows?

I don't think so Katie2. I don't think anyone will openly speak up until the appeal and civil trials are done and over with.

I do wonder if that would have made a difference. Probably not.

Katie, I'm not sure what you mean about putting it on here....and I don't twitter either. I will try to watch and will post as much as I can about it here on this thread. We may be able to find the hearing on Youtube later tomorrow. And yes.....it will be 1:30 EST. Are you working, or will you be able to watch it online at the link I posted?

They say they will be airing it, so I imagine that if you go to this link you will be able to find it.
Also some other options would be Orlando Sentinel, WFTV or WESH. I will be looking in the afternoon and will post whatever I find.

I was wondering if you could just pass on your twitters. But, since you do not twitter or is it tweet you can't either.

I thought I saw a banner go by on the CFNEWS13 that said it was going to show the hearing but then I didn't see it again.

I will be able to watch live on line at the link you posted. If they dont' have it live, hopefully someone will have it. I will check them out.

Thank you so much. I don't really care to see CA face. So I am just as glad she is not going to be there. Hoepfully someone is going to make her pay for something she has done.

Orlando Sentinel doesn't seem to be airing it. Altho they say the hearing should take about 30 minutes and CA won't be there. They are going to post updates. So there you have it...I will be watching WFTV.
