Did you see a smiling face at the end of almost every sentence in my earlier post to you?
There was a high level of sarcasm amd a grain of salt in those sentences.

"Weapons / dishwasher" was only a joke

You were talking about Nancy Grace and "I know entertainment, not facts".
Followed by what Jodi said.

First of all, she didn't give a firm reason of why she put it in dishwasher anyhow. I believe she said "maybe the reason she put the knife in dishwasher was because it belonged there (or in the house), but she wasn't sure 100 percent anyhow.
That's why I was being sarcastic about it. "Maybe baby I'll have you" (or maybe not)
Followed by:

It's all bull crap anyhow. Whatever she says can not and should not be taken at par.
She either can tell any story that comes to her mind, or simply go: "I forgot. I don't remember."

So because I was beeing sarcastic, I went on to say, also as a joke, that if "maybe this, maybe that", maybe the key here was a "dishwasher". That only weapons that belonged in dishwasher (after their usage) went in it, but not the other weapons.

And now that you mentioned a "washer", another joke just came to my mind to expand on my sarcasm somewhat.

Maybe the key there was not a "dishwasher", but rather words containing a "washer" string in them.
Only items that went in such things as washers, dishwashers etc were to remain in the house, the other items of the crime--"went", basically.

So knife, bedding, camera stayed, but gun didn't.

As to that part, and I quote you:

I actually do believe that (or can go along with this). I wasn't there, of course, but it makes some sense to me why the camera ended up in the washer.
Like wouldn't you think she was better off taking the camera with her, same as the gun, away from the crime scene?
I think after Jodi killed Travis, she was doing various things there before she left his place, and some of those things involved putting the bedding in the washer, and camera somehow ended up in the washer as well.
I believe by accident, or she would, surely, take it with her, away from the place where the crime occured.

If you think the experts are helping, wait until Martinez is finished. imo

Did I say that I think anything at all as far as those experts and Martinez were concerned. I don't believe so.
But if you are insist, I guess, I can.

In my opinion, I think, those experts can cry to the moon and it won't help Jodi that much anyhow.
Martinez, at the same time (also in my opinion), does not have a very hard job, as far as this case is concerned (considering that he is an experienced prosecutor). He can, also, cry to the moon, lol, and it wouldn't help Jodi very much either

Possibly, all is left for jurors to do by now, is to gather around the table and go: "OK, do we let Jodi live, or do we send her to sleep, forever?"

More likely, you or me, can replace Martinez, and be able to successfully prosecute Jodi in this case. Joking!

What a day we had huh?
I saw the human diagram today of the stab wounds to Travis' head and back. One of the ways LE would have been able to expose JA as the murderer if she hadn't confessed would have been by the way the stab wounds were at a left handed persons slant.

Testimony today was like a day in science class listening to boring professors. I'm sure the jurors really care about the hippocampus and where it's located in the brain. There's no way any expert can prove that Jodi really blacked out after the murders. That's the bottom line.

And on top of that...Juan, IMO, proved the PTSD test was invalid as her answers were all lies.

I'm just now watching Juan and I cannot believe what the "Doc" did. Juan is on top of this case!

Dr. Drew's juror Katie just said that the only thing that Dr. Samuels got validated today was his parking!

HLN After Dark is on....they are "recreating the murder" via the defense and prosecutions ideas with the bathroom and closet rebuilt

OK...I have watched this for a bit now....I'm not liking it. Lots of conjecture and Baez on top of that.

Well I'm a bit disappointed in the HLN Afterdark show, and Vinnie's reenactment was absolutely a slap in the face to Travis's family. I understand their ratings are thru the roof again with the this trial, and it's thier job to sensationalize things to keep the numbers up,

BUT COME ON Vinnie, don't insult my intelligence with this crap.

HLN jury wasn't unanimous. Vinnie said they have a "hang jury".

Baez was all happy about it.

I never put it on. When I heard that Baez was going to be there, it totally turned me off from it.

Dr. Samuals face stayed red throughout Martinez's cross. Can't wait for it to start today. It's just frustrating with all the interruptions and commercials. Even though they are pausing the trial, it's like you get 2 minutes trial and 20 of commercials. I wish there was another way of watching it other than thru HLN.

I do believe that Dr. Samuels credibility is shot with this case, nothing he says from here on will be believed (not that anything was going to be believed before this), but Martinez was fabulous. He didn't miss a thing, he actually impeached Dr. Samuels entire testimony about Jodi and Jodi certainly realized it, her face couldn't hide the distress it was feeling when she realized that she doiesn't stand a chance now (if she thought she ever did).

The next witness, the one who specializes in abused women, better be careful because Martinez will rip her apart also.
