I'm just hoping that we don't have a hold out on that jury. But I believe if that be the case that person can be removed and an alternate take the place.

No Ecossie, she is the one that said she don't need them for reading. Martinez had asked her and she said she needs them to see far. Then it was brought up that she was able to drive almost 3000 miles without them and she said she hadn't realized that she needed them until she tried a pair on.

I can drive without corrective lenses with 20-100 vision. Until you get your eyes examined, most people do not realize what 20-20 vision is like.

Well I bet she'll be able to "hear" good when they read that "guilty" verdict". Or maybe she'll say she needs a hearing aid along with her glasses.

I think since there are some military types on the jury and they probably ellected one to be the fore person. So I would be willing to bet a jar of peanut butter they are going by the book. Allot of evidence is being reviewed piece by piece and that will take time to be exhaustively complete.

When you have one idiot going against the grain deliberately, there is no other solution. Majority rules and I would hate to see all the tax payers money be wasted on another trial because of a cold blooded murderer that changed her story umteen times to try and fit the evidence and one obnoxious person throwing it all away just to be OBNOXIOUS.

FYI, Hub's complained to a nutritionist that I eat peanut butter everyday. It's actually a good source of protein. I love peanut butter and so what if JA has to eat. She is the one who put herself where she is.
If you want to have sympathy for anyone maybe you should try for TA's family.

I might have brought that ecossie if she hadn't of shown up 3 or 4 day's in a row in the early stages of her trial with a different style until she settled on the one's she has used.

If you're just trying to be contrarian, why use the example of high cholesterol? Ask the question, "what if she's allergic to peanuts"? In either case the answer I'm sure is that they'll give her something else equally bland. But if you're limited in food options then peanut butter goes a long way. It has a lot of "good stuff" in it bite for bite. I don't think we're obligated to give inmates health food. If you do have high cholesterol at Jodi's age, she'll need medication as her problem is not diet but her liver.
