I'm not worried about JA seeing the juror's question's. If the jury is seeing the same things we are they will know she's lying through her teeth. I think they can put 1+1 together.

I actually think this will be really good because we will get an idea of where the jury is heading by the types of questions that are asked. I can hardly wait!

One...me either really. I just am not sure about the fairness of it all. I think the questions will be pointed, short and sweet. I suspect they will go to the killing itself and not to all the extraneous, red herring info. IMO, the jury has already figured out she is a liar.

What I would like to know is how did she manage to get from the closet getting the gun while Travis was at the closet door, to the bathroom where she claims to have shot him?

How did she get passed him?

Wormi tried to get her to say she backed up--but she didn't catch on. She just said she couldn't remember backing up. lol

- Per HLN, as a criminal defendant, she has a right to object to, and therefore review, jury questions before asked by judge

- if he did pay was that a factor in you questioning his choices?

- why did you put the camera in the washer - no memory of that

- why did you feel so uncomfortable with anal sex with Travis when you had previously tried it?
- you took pix of shirt/shorts; why not spideys - didn't want to memorialize
- you told Darryl you wanted to abstain from sex until married; why sex with Travis?
- TA stated on phone sex call that he did not like spiderman; why did he buy the underwear?
- why would you tell Leslie you wanted your kids to play with Travis' kids if he was into young boys?
- if you had bruises visible after April 2008 incident, why is it no one said anything to you about those bruises
- if you were so nearsighted, how were you able to drive?
- in TAs text to Jodi (exhibit 444) talks about mysterious man that wrote for you? Who is he, and why bringing it up (Steve Carell?)
- did TA think it was someone you lied about? she thinks so
- you took pix of shirt/shorts/ but not underwear; why taken so much later? Taken in July; sentimental/special - ETA about to be arrested
- you said Travis gave you the Book of Mormon at Starbucks - did you read it thoroughly (yes)
- does Book of Mormon go into detail on law of chastity

- what is your relationship with your mother like today - very complicated, very strained

- you say Travis attacked you before June 4, but would apologize; why was June 4th so different
- you and Travis continued to talk on phone after moving back to Yreka; was it fair to say you were upset he was taking another woman to Cancun?
- why did you send his grandmother flowers
- why did you take the rope and gun with you; don't remember
- did you lock Travis' bedroom door when you left on June 4 - don't remember
- did you try to clean up the scene after(?) you left on June 4 - based on evidence, believes she did
- if you climbed on shelf to grab gun in closet, how is it nothing was disturbed? ETA: stepped on edge of shelf, reached for gun with right hand
- if you shot Travis first, how did the casing land on blood - doesn't think it did
- After you shot Travis, why not run out of the house to run away?
- why didn't you call 911?
- If TA attacked you on June 4, why not tell the police the truth from the start?
- were you kneeling when you dropped the camera
- when travis stepped out of shower to attack you was he wet? ETA: Yes
- did he slip

Ok, now....I want you all to know just how far this case has made me fall.....I am watching Nancy Grace FGS!
As I relisten to Jodi testifying, I am struck by her vast vocabulary. If nothing else, she is very well spoken. But now comes a random thought. Does she use "$10.00 words" when a 10 cent word will suffice in an attempt to confuse the jury? How many people do you know that routinely use, or even know the definition, of the word 'edify"? Just a thought. Her word usage has begun to fascinate me. Man, I am a mess

Well from the jury questions, I don't think they believe her.
I'm thinking it doesn't look good for her.

That's pretty bad, CB! I can tolerate Jane Valez-Mitchell and Dr. Drew, but I have a tough time with NG because she's so dramatic and often gets things wrong.

I agree about the $10 words. "Edify" caught my attention, too. She certainly is well-spoken; too bad it's only lies that come out of her mouth!
