She already admitted to killing Travis.

I was talking in terms of premeditation factors.

All those emails show their crumbling relationship. He didn't want her anymore. Except for his delight in the 'three-hole-wonder' business--he had no use for her. She kept shaking it in his face so as to keep his attention.

It was not in his make-up as a person--and a good person--to just cast her out. He simply wanted peace and distance. Maybe someday a friendship.

To me, the killing does show premeditation. I believe the evidence showed she loaded up a white rental vehicle with herself; three gas cans; a stolen gun; and at least one knife. She drove thousands of miles, with an alibi at her ready.

We will never know the truth about what kind of lame story she told him to have him open his door for her. She may have said she wanted to drop off the car payment; she may have said she was cold and alone and needed a place to stay; she may have said she was hungry and had no money for food. Any or all of these reasons would have been enough for a generous man like Travis to let her in.

She was hot for him and once she got in, she seduced him. She know how to do that, only too well. He caved and she stayed, enjoying herself as she waited for the roommate to leave.

Suggesting the naked shower pictures and arranging to have him squat down is further evidence of premeditation. She knew how to put him in a position where his height and weight would be compromised and would give the advantage to herself.

She then murdered this man viciously and with great pent-up rage using a knife--almost decapacitating him--and finally sating herself by putting a bullet through his brian.

She is charged with first degree murder. 'Cruelty' was cited as one of the supporting factors for this charge. The way this man was murdered and suffered does, indeed, have a great deal to do with the charges.

Self-defense is only her excuse--one that Martinez is proving is nothing but a big fat old lie. imo

As I don't watch the trial Live on the net, I didn't see those newer evidence photo's of Travis dead.

But I ended up at some site or blog couple of days ago ... and they had there many many photos of evidence from court somehow .... -- Photos of Travis's throat cut from one side to the other side etc etc -- terrible terrible photos :(

Baez this week was on the HLN set that was constructed to mirror the crime scene. They were talking about the bullet casing and how it got onto the dried blood. Baez said that Jodi admitted to cleaning up the scene before leaving so perhaps she bumped it into that spot on the floor. Now most of you have followed this closer than me so please clear this up. I thought Jodi "fogged up" before ever getting into admitting to cleaning up the scene. Did she ever admit to such an act? If she didn't then Baez is incorrect on his facts of the case

She did, in fact, agree that she cleaned up the scene. What Baez doesn't get is that the shell casing landed in blood, and only had blood on the bottom where it made contact with the blood when it landed. If the shell casing had been kicked and landed there after the fact, there would be blood on more than just the bottom side. There is no evidence to support that the shell casing rolled or was kicked onto that pool of blood. The evidence supports that it landed there and didn't move.

.. but i know what you mean .. I saw her swallow that pill on HLN the other day.

HLN mentioned about her putting something in her mouth and taking a sip of water. They said she can't take a aspirin with out being cleared from jail.
