I agree with you, so with this in mind, why has her mental condition discussion revolved around PTSD, bipolar etc and not around hr being a compulsive liar? I don't know why Juan didn't have her evaluated for that or at least raise the question with one of these experts. Seems to me that's a diagnosis that the jury would like to know when evaluating this evidence

Because Juan wants her to look like a cold blooded killer not a fragile woman with mental problems that snapped.
I can't wait to see the D go after Dr. 'I go by the book' Ice and Dr. Horn with the I know the bullet hit the brain even though there was no evidence.

I am getting tired of this, Travis getting sucked into a sexual vortex talk. He was an adult too. Now I hear he bombards JA with hateful emails and such the final days.
Not a good idea as it turns out. JA was not taking this casting off well at all.

I got sucked into a sexual vortex once, when I found out I was not the only mate I walked 6 miles home never to go back. As it turned out it was the smart thing to do.

I agree that DV causes may have received a set back from these so called experts. It's so obvious Arias is lying and yet they supported her! I'll be years questioning the word of any of them.

I did find respect for Dr. DeMarte, though. She understood temporary memory loss issues caused from fear--I feel strongly that she had that right. That helped me to listen to her.

I don't know how long I'll make it tomorrow--don't see how I can listen to another one--but I am planning to tune in at the beginning.

After I get some sleep, and charge around in the morning getting a few things done, I'll probably be ready to plunk myself down in front of the computer and watch the trial. Embarassed

My opinion is that Nurmi is only going to make matters even worse. He ought give up now. The only reason that I can think of as to why he is keeping this trial dragging on is that he needs that pay check that he has been getting for some time now. He doesn't want it to end. I'm sure we haven't heard the last of him, the appeals will also go on for ever. THis trial is turning into a continuing reality show. Wouldn't be surprised if Numir and Walmart start their own and get an actress to play Jodi, they just can't let go. I also think that both of them are obsessed with this case and it's publicity therefore they understand about obsessions, therefore sympathize with Jodi.

Strict commandments-specifically there are to be no sexual relations of any kind outside of marriage as defined by the church and by law.

Jodi knew well and good that she wasn't to have any sex of any sort what so ever. Just another of her lies that wont get over. If this jury doesn't see right thru her than I really give up on our justice system.

Yes, there was a closed door meeting, listening to HLN, the defense wants a neurological specialist to speak about the gunshot to the head, to counter Dr. Horn's testimony.

Juan wants another sur sur rebuttal witness to counter what the defenses sur rebuttal with Geffner and whoever that neurologist is. Confusing? You bet!

I think Jodi just doesn't want this trial to come to an end. This is her academy award time. She's the star of her own movie.. Jodi Arias #3 - Page 40 2488575162

Since we all agree this commandment is not realistic, I say we modify it to be more "up with the times" so the bishop can get some sleep. I would modify it as 'anything goes whenever you feel like it'.
