CP, I am loving that you are here. You are making me think about different things in this case. I agree about the throat slitting. No one slits someone's throat from the front.
Overkill is such a personal think. Any robber, breaker inner (lol)
would never take the time to do all that damage. She did it, and she will pay.

Thanks so much for your kind words! I have to credit ValHall, as her articles on analytical thinking really opened my eyes, and have helped me be more objective than I used to be when looking at evidence. I also guess that I'm new enough to this case that things are just popping out at me as I learn what occurred. Feels good to be a contributor for a change and not just post article links!

IS just said that Jodi stole her Grandmothers gun and used it to kill Travis. That was news to me.....

Way OT...Remember Robin Lunsford from CA's trial? The snitch in jail. She is showing up as a snitch AGAIN in the Rilya Wilson case!
How odd is that?

So it was the re-sentencing trial that was on IS in 2010? Has it really been that long since we saw that? Did she testify in the re-sentencing trial? I don't think I ever saw the first trial but I remember IS playing key parts of it now in the re-sentencing trial. I loved that prosecutor in the original trial, she painted a very good picture of the way SW murdered her husband. Yup, she was definitely the Blue Eyed Butcher. She didn't testify in her re-sentencing trial but the man she killed's ex (whom he also abused) testified.
also one of her small children walked into the room while she was killing him.... she took the child back to the room and could have quit stabbing her husband but she instead stabbed him nearly 200 times. People are crazy!!!

I'm watching now. She is one scary person.

I also agree with the throat slitting. She may have slit his throat because he was making noises and maybe she thought he was going to survive and she wasn't going to have it.

Does anyone know if the text's and e-mails are going to be allowed to come into trial?

I gotta tell ya. I just love Vinnie Politan, he is the only person I've seen on TV who express's his opinion's like we do. He is very passionate about the way he see's thing's. I remember when they had FCA stand in court and turn to the side for her Ma to see if she was bloated or whatever and Vinnie's mic was still on and he said something like 'yea to see her boob's?'. It was exactly what I was thinking. I love his honest feeling's.

So since they already have a jury can they proceed with her trial or do they have to wait for January 2nd or 7th.... Chickenbutt has me confused with the dates... yeah I'm blaming her :)

They are gonna wait to start the trial until after the first of the year. IS JUST said that opening statements will begin Jan 2. BUT, they (IS) also says they will start airing it Jan 7th. We all think they are using a delay due to the time change. Does that clear it up?
7 women, 11 men on the jury. No African Americans on the jury.

You are very welcome. did you look at all the links? the 3rd one is a innocent page for JA but does have the 48 hours transcripts for the date you couldn't find.
