I was mighty ticked at how HLN handled that interview with Mike Walker. They should have held him accountable for other crap that he's peddled on Jodi...such as "hey Mike, where do we stand on Jodi's lesbian affair with a fellow cellmate and her plans to get pregnant by sperm donor"? If HLN is going to peddle Nat Enqu as legit news they need to hold them accountable for past reports

Well, I willl be disappointed if they do not convict AND give her the death penalty. I believe the crime was heinous enough to warrant it. The horror and suffering that Travis must have experienced as she stabbed him 29 times while he struggled to get away is unfathomable. Slipping a needle in her vein is the least she should experience as a result. I hope Eiglarsh is mistaken in that regard.

Mark Eiglarsh's guess is just as good as anyone's guess. Most people are guessing for free however, but Mark on the rest of HLN guests are getting a nice salary for such guesses. They were right on the button about Casey's verdict, as I recall. Not :(

Here is the thing. If, if Travis knew JA suffered from a mental handicap which I think we can all agree with, he would not have taken the relationship to the extent he did. Travis was playing with fire and towards the end I am sure he realized JA had mental issues.
These people do not think like you and I.
Handicapped people need help not added fuel.

The judge also ruled Wednesday that the jury will hear from one final witness next week before closing arguments. In a victory for the defense, Arias' team will essentially be allowed to reopen their case and call another expert witness to take the stand to rebut testimony by prosecution witness Dr. Janeen DeMarte.

Dr. Robert Geffner will attempt to rebut DeMarte's testimony. DeMarte told the jury that Arias suffered from borderline personality disorder and rejected defense claims that Arias showed signs of being a victim of domestic abuse and suffered from post traumatic stress disorder.

JA was or is a problem waiting to happen. She was not diagnosed or treated by a professional.
They are compulsive people. They may want sex four times a day, might even demand it. It is not because they enjoy the sex it is because they are addicts. If it is not sex it will be something else, like driving endless miles to track down people, drawing art work, writing a novel, dyeing their hair, and on and on. They are compulsive with an ego that you don't want to cross up.

So Juror 8 is gone. They should have enough, though, to conclude this half circus.
