Death Row Information

Arizona's Death Row for men is located in the Browning Unit at Arizona State Prison Complex-Eyman which is located just outside the city of Florence Arizona. Female inmates on Death Row are housed at the Lumley Unit at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Perryville, near Goodyear Arizona. All executions are performed in Central Unit at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Florence in Florence Arizona.

OK, there is my answer. They hold 'em at Perryville and kill 'em in Florence.

Chris Hughes was on Websleuths Trisha's radio show last night and she let him talk and believe me he has interesting thing's to say. If you get a chance you may want to listen to it. It's 3 hours but he has a lot to say.

LMP, I don't think that was a question that was allowed during jury selection. So as far as I know, we don't know about religious affiliations.

Thank you CB..... sadly I'm afraid there is a good chance there might be....hopefully no matter the religious makeup.... this jury will come to the right verdict....

HLN just said Jodi is being held in the Courthouse in case a verdict comes down, or the jury has a question. She has to be there for questions.

Ellejay thank you so much for the jury instructions. They were very interesting to read.

For those of you that are attorneys or anyone, do you all understand how complicated those sound to a layperson.

Some of the instructions are very clear cut but others seem very complicated.

Also did JM charge more than is normally charged in a case. It sounds as if he wants First Degree Premeditated Murder and/or First Degree Felony Murder. It really sounds like he want's both and both can be charged as I read the instruction.

She is used to that but the man hung in there, you got to hand it to him. What fun it would be to have a cold one with Nurmi...can you imagine the stories?
