"Oh wait a second I need my make up on first!" Will this be said by Arias on her way to the death chamber?

There is no way she will be acquitted, not in this lifetime..
She's done too much harm to herself, never mind the slaughter of Travis.
I believe this jury will have a just verdict..nothing less than the top charge of murder....

I thought the jurors set their schedule from 9:00AM to 4:30PM??
Were they late yesterday?
Hoping they reached their verdict and just wanted to sleep on it...I can't imagine they hadn't already came to a decision by the questions they asked..

Think OJ. If she somehow escapes criminal prosecution, she will be sued civilally like OJ was and she'd lose bigtime just like he did. She won't be able to profit from this

I haven't looked into details of AZ laws and statutes. If by some absolutely abominable miscarriage of justice Arias is found not guilty, would she then be able to seek any sort of immunity from civil prosecution? That would be truly sick and twisted if she could.

That's what I'm wondering. They did set their schedule to be 9am to 4:30pm originally, and each day until verdict is reached. Then they changed it up for this second full day to start at 10am. This just seems a bit odd to me.

Re: Jodi Arias #4
If my recollection is correct, the civil trial was in US court rather than state court as it involved a violation of Ron Goldman's civil rights. State laws wouldn't be able to trump federal laws so I don't think Arizona can protect Jodi there

The speculation is rampant that it is because they have a verdict and they just want to sleep on it.
We'll see, folks. We'll soon see. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
That would make sense. It'll be a circus when they announce the verdict so I'm sure they wouldn't want to do that at 5 or 6pm local time. They'd be there all evening. However how does anyone know this? Sounds to me like a juror has leaked something and that's not good.

I might start wonderin' what's going on if things go into Wednesday but I think they're right on track considering the long trial they sat through
Another verdict that I am hanging onto for hope is the Laci Peterson case. That jury deliberated for seven days and came back with two counts of murder--one murder in the first degree for Laci; and one murder in the second degree for their unborn baby, Connor.
I didn't realize that. Thanks for giving us that piece of information.
But I think that was due to one juror holding out and not wanting to listen to the evidence, so they removed him and put in a woman and they came back immediately with a guilty verdict.

Nothing new, waiting and I am biting my toe nails. Hope you got plenty of coffee.
Yesterday, like I previous mention Trump was on NG saying that JA had followed him on tweeter and he finally tweeted back( I think that is how he said it). Knowing Trump he was trying to get his `5 minutes of air time as usual.
The Women abuse donations was in question because of where the money was sent. NG was question if JA was getting the money.
Last night was nothing but speculation on what the jurors would do, no one has an iota until they send the note to the court with a verdict..

That's it..I get banned
Bonus question: What does EDT stand for?
Yes, I heard the same thing. Jean Casaras said that it might be that they reached a verdict but wanted to sleep on it, or it could be that one of the jurors had an appt this morning.
Hope it's a verdict.

I am just terrified at the thought of the verdict being anything less than "murder one". THis woman is a psychopath and should never walk the streets again. If set free she will surely do this again.
I think Martinez will be her first victim.

I wanted so much to avoid trial but the State forced it. My only other option was suicide and,well...

I would have signed a plea years ago to avoid this disaster, but I was refused a plea as the State and the family refused to settle.

Jodi is certainly trying to be in control of her own destiny with wanting to plead out to anything less than felony murder. She actually was blackmailing the state. If you don't accept my plea, the world will learn of the kinky sex and all that goes along with it..paraphrased..
Jodi is a very dangerous mind. She needs to be kept out of society for the rest of her sorry life, if not put to death.
I watched her making some motions with her hands as she disagreed with Juan's assertions against her. One was mouthing, that's bullshit when Juan claims she was not a battered woman.
The other I saw was her making a motion with her right thumb as if slitting his throat..I dont' know what was stated at that point but it's clear to me that Jodi is belligerent and is a danger..
I'll see if I can find those...

It's also reported that Willmott also entered the courtroom..
Wonder if a verdict has been reached but no one but the attorney's and family's are told? Naa, can't be...
