On my post-it note I have 1:45. However, that's a strange time. I'll dig around and see if I can find something.

According to Travis' sister, jury selection is scheduled for Dec 10 and opening statements will commence Dec 17...

Praying for this family to finally get the justice they deserve.

That FB page has A lot of interesting info if you guys are interested. It looks as though they had many of the answers to our questions about the days JA was in court etc...

What did I miss that the trial is in Dec?...which I think will be delayed again until after the first of the year.

Guess we should be used to all the delays and nonsense that goes on in these high profile cases.

Thank you ang. I guess Travis' family would know. I did another google search and still found nothing of an up-date. I wonder if we're the only 3 outside of his family that have an interest in this trial.

Attys in court today discussing jury instructions and request for a hard drive. IS will cover trial on Dec 10th

IS giving un update on what happened in court today after commercials. Will try to get it all down for you all that missed it.
Opening statments first week in January 7th
Jury selection next week Dec 10th
Tweaked jury questionaire today.
Jodi was in court today
Defense requested more time for investigation cuz they "found" info on the hard drive that he was abusing her. Judge denied more time. Theory is self defense. She will have to take the stand if she claims self defense
Stabbed 27 times and shot in the face
Beth Karas thinks case is a long shot....maybe get life as opposed to death, cuz juries don't like killing women

So, I think it is really on Jan 7th. which is a Monday as opposed to the 2nd which is a Wednesday

When I say the 2nd or 7th I realize I may have misheard her. So sorry! Your most likely right.

I did hear both the 2nd and the 7th, but the 7th seems much more logical to me. I'm sure will will hear more as it gets closer

Is the trial going to be aired? I hope so, this is another case that I would certainly like to watch. This woman is a real nut case if I ever saw one.

Giz, I think IS will be airing the trial. Just not sure if they will air jury selection. I can't wait for this one to start. She is a nut case.
