In a new court filing, Casey Anthony is blasting Judge Belvin Perry for his interview a week ago on NBC's "The Today Show."

Anthony's bankruptcy lawyer said Perry's interview "completely eviscerated any possible chance" that Anthony might receive a fair trial in Orange County.

"Judge Perry revealed confidential information concerning events that occurred during the criminal case," the motion said.

They might have something there. The judge should have considered this maybe.

Judges have loose lips often :)

As for example, the judge that appears on HLN nowdays.

Judge Larry Seidlin, who presided over the Anna Nicole Smith murder trial in 2007.

At least that one is retired, lol. Did Perry retire also, maybe?

How long is this girl going to keep free attorneys for all her whining.

There must be something for them. They are doing it for publicity, and if she ever makes any real money they will square off then more likely.

Even if it's true, as long as Baez is not pressing for it, it will just remain between them. It's probably her largest debt. Baez.

But who knows, maybe Baez already got paid something somehow, and he made himself a NAME because of this case. Before he was just an attorney, and now he is Baez

He also wrote a book because of this case, frequently appears on HLN shows etc, so he will be OK, I bet he is not starving :)

And again, if she ever makes any serious money, he and other attorneys will be right there to collect some from her.

And the greed of the whole lot of them will be their mighty down fall. I can't wait to start hearing about the in fighting that will surely happen.

He said no such thing. What he said was there WAS enough evidence for her to be convicted of murder 1....

I wish he would have called that mistrial and do it over again...or nullify the jury...

Casey Anthony is full of shit. Baez was pro bono, turned into being paid with the photos of Caylee sold to ABC. He got his 89+K, Lyon got her 22+K and the rest was on JAC. After that 200K was spent, they filed for indigent status..

She doesn't owe Baez a dime...

FCA is still as much hated as she was the day we learned Caylee was "missing" and more so when the jury brought back the worst verdict they could for Caylee's murderer.
I think it's about time that all these sleezy idiot's start skating on very thin ice.

Casey Anthony: Bankruptcy hearing ends with no decisions

They don't want her chance for a "fresh start" to be put in hold. But during the last hearing, the judge said he thinks Anthony's civil matters need to be figured out in state court before he can decide what to do next with her bankruptcy.

The people suing Anthony include Roy Kronk, the meter reader, and Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman with a name similar to the one Anthony used when telling authorities who took her missing daughter.

Kronk's and Gonzalez's attorneys want a jury to decide their cases, before bankruptcy court handles it.

“It makes it a lot easier for us to prove here that the debt should be non-dischargeable and it will pass through the bankruptcy,” said Justin Luna, Gonzalez's bankruptcy attorney.

But Anthony's civil attorney says putting the bankruptcy on hold is just a waste of time.

“Three years from now, two years from now? We want a resolution and that’s why we’re here,” said Andy Chmelir.

Meanwhile, the trustee who pulled his motion Monday to sell his story would not comment on why he did so, expect to say that it was "tactical."

Anthony says she does not have any money to pay off her debtors, costing about $800,000.

The judge did not make a ruling on the civil court issue, and another hearing will be held May 30.
