I have enabled the system that allows members to add to another member's forum reputation. This is done using the +/- signs in the far right of each post. This link explains how it works.

Not meaning to be gross but the women do have them.
Watching Lock Up Raw I learned this. IIRC they use bar's of soap to fashion one and wrap it in plastic. And there ya go.

What strikes me most beside's the messy way it look's is she has a lot of stuff. Top bunk full of legal doc's (I'm assuming), new's paper clippings.
Her bed isn't made.
Look at the amount of bags under the bunk's.
Some magazines on the floor.

I found that, too, One. I don't know how much paperwork world be 'normal' for an inmate charged (now convicted) with 1st degree murder to have; but something about that seems obsessive.

Do you remember hearing that she was just moved to the solitary cell, or is that something I have wrong? (I think since they let her out of the psych ward.)

Maybe they just somewhat unceremoniously deposited her 'stuff,' and she has been too busy between phone calls and 'tweeting' to tidy up. Laughing

The volume of what appears to be paperwork is still huge, anyway you look at it.

Goes to her unorganized thoughts, she doesn't appear to be an orgainized person just a chaotic person, that is her character and one of BPD...

I do believe her crime warrants the DP, I would like for her to stay in her cell alone, no TV. Allow her to be alone with herself, watch as the years pass her by, she starts to have gray hairs and wrinkles. Let the cellulite flow and sagging of her ass...she is so vain, this would be the grandest way to torture her..

Even if she's left on DR, till all her appeals run dry and overturned to LWOP. This too would be torture for her for on DR, she's all by herself...no general population where she can have a lesbian relationship, form friends or enter singing contests...

My heart just ached for Steven and Samantha and was unaware how this affected him and his personal life with his wife and child. I know all to well how someone can go on a downward spiral after the murder of a loved one. I had those same questions Steven did. What were my brother's last moments like? Did he suffer much? What was the last thing he saw and what went through his mind..I'll never get those answers either..

Samantha who is in LE said, she never in her 11 years on the force seen such a gruesome crime scene..it's etched in her mind forever...

My heart goes out to this family...

I'm with you on everything. Jodi should not be allowed to show her art work while on that stand, it's a court room not a flea market. Jodi is only trying to still portray herself as a domestic violence survivor,, this is not so. Travis never laid a hand on her. Jodi is a liar and if she has no intentions of begging for her life then she should not be allowed on that stand to dog Travis any more. She has cut this man to ribbons constantly. I don't care if she can draw or not, it has nothing to do with murdering Travis. If she wanted to throw her talant away by murdering someone then thats that.

As for her mother not taking the stand, I think that was pre-arranged by Nurmi. Nurmi wants to use, as mitigating circumstances, that Jodi has had no support from her family, which is a total lie. Her mother has been in that court room throughout the entire trial. But if the mother takes the stand she will be asked questions by the prosecutor and that will only make Jodi into bigger liar.

I bet you that Jodi will never say she is sorry on that stand, I bet she will continue to sneak in her lies about Travis. I don't think Jodi will ever be ready to let Travis lay in peace, she wants to keep on killing him for as long as she can get away with it.

Jodi didn't want to go behind Travis' brother and sister, she wants the stand all to herself in hope that the jury will forget what Travis' family said. That's probably why the delay.

Friend? Jodi doesn't have any friends, if she did they would have come forward a long time ago.

I don't know what's in her little bag of tricks but it appears there's not many who can attest to anything good about Jodi, let alone having a good character, just her ex BF, Darryl Brewer...and this is the man Jodi left for Travis...

See, Jodi's the type of woman who wants to stick her claws into the man who she feels in on the rise, up and coming, would make huge bucks to lavish her with gifts. Jodi is out for Jodi. She can't have a long standing relationship for she grows bored..

Well, if she gets to live, she'll have a lifetime to think about all she's done and somehow contribute to her co prisoners, for there will be no getting out on good behavior for Jodi..this will be her new life until she's taken out in a pine box...as I said earlier, she has no redeeming qualities..so don't look for her taking responsibility any time soon...

You're right. There is nothing good about Jodi that anyone at all can see except Jodi. It's killing her that she is going to spend the rest of her life in prison which ever way you look at it.

I heard on HLN that Jodi is expected to testify at her mitigation hearing that she is going to continue to draw and sale her pictures to be donated to an abused women's cause.

They aren't original drawings, she just traces and colors them in..is that a form of plagiarizing?

And since she is a convicted felon, she cannot prosper from her crime. I don't believe she can donate anything once that civil lawsuit comes a knocking..

This reminds me a little bit of the Tammi Smith BS when she was sentenced but wanted to start some kind of organization that helps mothers... I can't quite remember what it was she was trying to do but I do know it was a non profit. The judge shut that down quickly because the state asked for her not to be allowed to do that. I suspect Juan may do the same thing in this case, at least I hope he does because DV survivors don't need blood money.

She is still trying to come across like an abused woman, it's sickening. I heard someone say tonight that when she wanted to make a plea with the prosecution she actually threatened to say those things about Travis if it went to trial. No wonder she said in that interview that all this wouldn't have come out about Travis had the prosecution accepted her plea. This woman is so devious it's sickening. I think she is sealing her own coffin everytime she talks.
