There is a heavy police presense at the school, the traffic guard got a partial on his licsense plate, hopefully they will find this guy and lock his arse up good.

I think the jury will certainly find cruelty with the death of Travis, His family looked strong last Thursday, but I think this nut job may have done them a favor by pulling crazy, those kids can rest a bit and let thier minds dwell with God and prepare for what is about to happen in court. It's gonna be a tough day, the Lord does work in mysterious ways, and he dont like ugly, and she, Jodi is ugly.

Absolutely agree. I think they are tossed on the DP considering the break down. 7 for premeditated murder and 5 for felony murder. Once the cruelty is heard, they might come back anonymously for DP...

Jodi saying she want's the DP because "it's freedom" but yet a motion was place to remove the DP??? LOL.
We know Jodi dosen't think like the rest of us so I've been wondering if she thinks if the DP is removed from the equation she could have 2nd degree or manslaughter and think's she can walk away.
Any thought's?

i am remembering that now. i think i watched about bishop telling her about travis and mimi, but probably just didn't concern myself with it. still kind of don't lol.

can't use that statement as effectively as, for example, oj used the glove statement, speaking about oj lol.

Hi, One!

Here are a few of my thoughts--just my 2 cents--not worth much else.

I think Arias and her attys are at odds with each other right now. There has been no proper communication between them since her last interview. They are trying their best to give her proper representation but she insists on ignoring them.

I believe she is pretty smart--maybe very smart--so I feel quite certain that she fully understands everything.

She is just hateful and belligerent and likes to go her own way. She thinks she is spiting everyone and delights in it. Due to her own hatefulness, she can't she the harm she is doing to herself.

I say let her go. May she get what she deserves.

Have ya'll read this motion yet? It made me angry. And I would be interested in CN's opinion on whether the judge will agree with the defense team's requests. They sure asked for the moon for a defendant who says she wants death. Gaaa!!!

after i turned it clockwise i couldn't get pages 2, 4, 6 etc to view, maybe i am doing something wrong there i don't know lol, so i put it back as it was and then copied what i saw on the screen, then turned it around by myself on my computer, just page 2 for now, pages 1, 3, 5 etc could be read at the link if rotate clockwise, but 2, 4, 6 get cut off for some reason if rotated. here are pages 2, 4:
