lol CP, I see what you are saying about the minute entries. Now, I'm not sure what to do....I am leaning towards leaving the library as it is. I looked at the links, and you are right, they are not the actual documents.

Whadda think.....leave it as is? Or change it somehow? And I do believe you can edit my posts....feel free to try if you want to. I don't mind....

I was hoping she would represent herself lol we would have had a field day with that in chat

I actually tried to edit them, but it doesn't give me an edit button. You might just add back the "Re:" that I posted in this thread to show the article was about that motion, but not that motion itself. I'd do it if I had permission. Sorry for the extra work. I guess I didn't make it clear up front what I was reviewing.

Me, too! That alone would have made this extremely entertaining. Guess we'll have to humor ourselves some other way (and I have no doubt that we can do that!)

Just dropping in to say hey....moved all the presents to Phillips house. Going over there at 6am (butt crack of dawn) Christmas morning. Baked all day....cookies for the girls to decorate tomorrow, cranberry bread (YUM!), blackberry cobbler. Tomorrow is do ahead cooking day. My contributions are green bean casserole, Potatoes Au Gratin, stuffing and fresh made yeast rolls. Gonna do the casserole and potatoes ahead of time. Phillip is doing ham and sweet potato latkes (fancy name for potato pancakes)...lol. Whatcha all doing?

Yum! I'll be right over! Funny; my sister said she was making potato pancakes too; haven't had those in many years!

I'll be lighting a fire Christmas Eve and watching It's a Wonderful Life (annual tradition). Cooking a roast on Christmas and having a nice quiet day by myself, then going to a friend's house for dessert.

Jodi Arias is accused of shooting her ex-boyfriend in the face, stabbing him 27 times and slitting his throat from ear to ear. At her trial in January, her attorneys will argue she killed him in self-defense.

I agree; the article CB posted is very good, complete with time line. I looked at the other 25 links, and they are all small pieces with nothing significant (trial delays, jury selection...etc.).

Can't wait for this trial to start!

On HLN today, they said that the defense tried to prevent Jodi's changing stories from being discussed during trial, but apparently they failed. So her changing stories can be introduced at trial.

One, were your ears burning lol Did you know me and chickiebutt were talking about you? :) I will be around as often as possible as well. With the kids being out of school on winter break it should be easier for me cause I wont have to leave to pick them up BUT when they go back to school I will miss some court stuff unless they go on break during the times I have to leave. Anywho I wanted thoughts from all of the wonderful ladies here, and wanted to know what you guys thought about the death penalty? Then I will share my view...

I vote yes for the death penalty.....short and sweet enough?

LOL Ang! No, one's ears are only supposed to burn when they are being spoken of in a bad way, lol. Actually a little bird who shall remain nameless, lol, alerted me in an e-mail. I really have been busy, sewing and spending time with my grands.
Do the boys go back to school on the 2nd Ang or do they get more time off?

DP: I'm all for it. The only thing I don't like is the decades it take's to put it to use. It's no wonder to me why they say it isn't a deterrent. As alway the perp has more right's then the victim.
