Trial Day 41 I started this video when cross began.

I'm not 100% sure but I think she may be borrowing Jennifer Willmont's clothes. JW had a blazer on that was white with black piping. Then one day I saw that JA had on a black blazer with white piping.
I have seen her in the top she wore today once before and the ugly green top with built on sweater she has worn twice. Plus I think she wears the same pants a lot.

How many of you have that many choices in your closet? I sure hope the taxpayers of Arizona aren't paying for any of her attire in court. That'd be real easy to bury in a million dollars worth of bills

I thought the beginning of the cross was hysterical and plan to watch it again as I was stunned and hub's was walking in at the same time.
Anyway, I'm feeling very uncomfortable with the way JM is treating the DV lady and the Snow White stuff is just unnecessary. I really feel the jury get's everything and has Jodi's fate already in mind just from her own testimony.

I think what he is trying to say is that with La Violete, she can use her program (or what ever she calls it) and arrive at anyone being abused as a child. She can't have it both ways, she is saying that Arias was abused as a child but yet she wasn't the abuser, while Travis was abused as a child and she is arriving to the conclusion that he was infact the abuser in this case. Meanwhile it's Travis that has been slaughtered, while Arias is sitting in a court room.

I wonder how she is going to wiggle her way out of this one.

The only problem that I have with Martinez, is that he wonders off from what he is saying by adlib's on what the witness comes back with instead of moving on. In doing so, he loses a lot of people who are trying to keep up with his questioning (like me)

I'm just feeling really torn now because I was reading over at WS and when the DV lady asked for a break she bee lined it to Samantha who was sitting all by herself and she was talking to Samantha and when she was done she gave some sort of shrug that KatieCooLady read as (not her word's cuz I don't remember and am to tired now to go find them) an oh well shrug. Anyway DV lady was taken into chambers after court finished today. I'm sure she got a good reeming for doing that to Samantha as KatieCooLady said it's against the law, as it should be.

Darn, I missed that.

I noticed, that immediately when the prosecutor took over, that the "Violet" kept looking at the defense with almost every question that Martinez asked her. I think that everytime court was cancelled (always due to the defense) it was for them to have a chance to regroup. Also, maybe the court ended up giving the defense a deadline to finish with this witness, because the defense drained her till almost the very last minute, only giving Martinez a few minutes to cross. I can't wait until Monday. Martinez is starting off great (as long as he stops wondering off).

I actually loved the "Snow White" bit. I guess if Snow Whites prince didn't come along or he had dumped her, Snow White would have turned into an ax murder as well, if we use the "Violets" formular.

I have yet to see anything in Jodi'd life that would have brought her to a murderer. Travis was just a 30 year old (unmarried) and would take what ever a woman was giving him, but he certainly wasn't going to marry such a girl. Jodi still doesn't appear to be remorseful for what she did, only sorry for being caught.

The self defense theory is just not going to work. The defense knows it and is building up for an appeal.

You can give this a try. She starts in with Snow White at about the 25:00 minute mark. To be honest I've had more of this woman than I can take, so I'm not listening for now. I note it has a few recent comments, though.

I don't know how the jury was taking the cross, but I loved it! I took away that Martinez' implication was that she had made the Airy Azz one out to look like Snow White. So pure and good--just like in a fairy tale.

I stood right up and cheered when he got her to admit that she thought Arias' was the victim; and Travis--the one stabbed in the heart; the one with 9 stab wounds to his back; the one with his throat slit from ear to ear; the one with a bullet through his brain--was the perpetrator.

Obviously, LaViolette is living in a land of fairy tales and allowed the evil one to do a 'snow' job on her. Some professional--she makes me sick.
