Did anyone catch on HLN today construction on a bathroom and bedroom replica of Travis' house? I was really rapt up in something I was doing and just caught a brief glimps of it so I don't know if this is something the "After Dark" show is doing or if the prosecution is doing that for a reenactment. Do you know?

Yes, One. I believe they said it was for "After Dark". They want to re-enact the murder the way Jodi said it happened.

Yes, One. I believe they said it was for "After Dark". They want to re-enact the murder the way Jodi said it happened.

I think showing a tape like that might get her off with insanity. I think it's better not to be shown. I don't think she was faking. I do think she is psychotic, but the mere fact that she knew what she was doing was wrong, makes her a candidate to stand trial and be convicted.

It's for the "After Dark" show, they are putting together a foundation of Travis's house and are going to take the 12 audience juror's thru it on Monday. Should be interesting.

Wasn't trying to be funny. Just pointing out that Jodi is an embarrassment to truly abused women of which Nicole Brown Simpson was one. There are abused human beings out there and then there's Jodi Arias

Actually Greta weighed in on the point I was making above last night on her show. Fast forward to the 5:00 mark towards the end and listen to what she's saying:

She said that she felt that "instead of using self defense they should have used a rage defense" 'cause it would have fit in better with the prosecution's theory and would have likely resulted in a short sentence and quickly been off on parole. This is exactly the point I was making a few days ago when I posted the above quoted comments.

I disagree with her guests who feel she'll get 2nd degree murder. We'll soon find out who was right

Couple of days ago some older woman called HLN and told them that even though Jodi is guilty of killing Travis, she thinks Travis was guilty of many things himself, including being a pedophile.

HLN host asked her: "Why do you think so?"

She replied: "I believe he was a pedophile because all he wanted from Jodi was anal sex".

I heard it too....but like you, can't remember exactly what she said. I think an "older woman" would be less accepting of anything sexual that is "out of the norm"

Travis was a healthy, sexually active man who had this Vixen playing into his sexual desires.

Travis (like MOST Men) Want a Lady in the Parlor, and a Whore in the bedroom. Jodi was never going to be anything more than his whore, and he knew that. Than again, Jodi was not some “innocent” either and knew this was one way of getting Travis’ full attention (if only in the bedroom). So she played the part of little Vixen hoping this would win him over.

This behavior doesn't make Travis a sexual deviant, or pedophile, or sex addict. All it proves is that Travis was thinking like a true, red blooded male, who was thinking with his penis and not his brains.

Unfortunately for Travis, he wasn't dealing with some girl who would eventually fade into the background. He was dealing with a sociopath, who killed him in cold blood.
