Yeah Stolla is an asshole - he just dismissed the kid from that stand like he is disgusted with him. These kids didn't do anything wrong - of course they called people, they were panicked. I can hardly wait for the verdict

Everything Strolla is saying is speculative - I mean, yeah, the passenger could have done a lot of things while she was starting her car, but there is absolutely no evidence to indicate that these boys may have had a gun - nothing- except the man who opened fire on them. If I hear "bushes" one more time, I am going to slap him upside the head.

This is my opinion, since I am not watching this trial. But Strolla is really barking up the wrong tree about the gun. A true thug(s) would have shot up his car in retaliation. And if, big if, these thugs really wanted to hurt his white ass, they would not have driven away. Again saying these boys were true thugs Dunn would be dead.

This will be an uphill battle for the defense. In order to make his discarded gun theory plausible enough to instill reasonable doubt, Strolla’s going to have to impeach the credibility of virtually every State witness. Based on the hand-full of cross-examinations we saw on the first day, it looks like Strolla’s tactic will be to show that witness’ testimonies have evolved -- influenced either by other witnesses, by media coverage of the shooting, or by the prosecution

I think Strole is doing an terrible job. I see where he is headed but it is a miserable fail thus far. Strole is coming off as a thug and bully IMO.
