I wouldn't doubt she tried to threaten her attorneys, either.

I couldn't sit in the same room with her, I don't know how Travis' family does it.

This is exactly why I would give her death. Otherwise, we will continue to hear from her from behind bars about how Travis abused her - he did no such thing - and to continue to slander the victim given what she has done, warrants the death penalty. Had she turned to the victim's family and pleaded for forgiveness, I might have considered life - but not so long as she is continuing to claim that she is a victim of domestic violence and that Travis was a pedophile - she needs to die and I hope the jury does the right thing by Travis' family and gives her death.

I hope they do, too. She deserves nothing less than death. You're right, it's the only way to get her to shut up already.

Life on death row: A look at what Jodi Arias awaits if given death penalty

It's either life behind bars or the death penalty for Jodi Arias. Depending on what the jury decides, her life behind bars is going to change dramatically one way or another.

We got a preview of what she can expect.

"If she is convicted of the death penalty, she'll get out of her cell for about two hours a day, three days a week to recreate and to see the sun but she will not be recreating with other prisoners," says Marson.

If the jury decides Arias should spend her life in prison, conditions could be pretty similar to death row, says Marson. At least for the first few years.

"She eventually can earn her way down to a medium security dorm room setting. But for her first years in prison, she's going to have to earn that, she's going to have to have good behavior to move down custody levels."

In court Tuesday, begging for her life, Arias spoke about the programs she would start if she spends life in prison.

"In prison there are programs I can start and people I can help and programs I can continue to participate in," Arias said. "If I get permission I'd like to implement a recycling program... I can help other women become literate."

But Marson says, those endeavors are probably unlikely.

"The idea that a new prisoner could come in and all of a sudden, change the way things have been done. They have paid people, specialists, who create these great programs to help rehabilitate women. Jodi Arias is not going to add any unique programming to this culture."

This really galls me to hear this reporter say the court of public opinion has convicted Jodi Arias. IT WAS A JURY OF TWELVE OF JODI ARIAS' PEERS, AFTER LISTENING TO, SEEING AND DELIBERATING THE FACTS AND EVIDENCE, AS WELL AS A MOUNTAIN RANGE OF JODI ARIAS LIES, WHO CONVICTED JODIE ARIAS OF FIRST DEGREE MURDER WITH AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES.

Screw the idiotic reporter who cannot even get the basic premise of the case and concluding verdict right. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....

--apparently the convicted murderer got the ok from sheriff joe to kick back and do 4 and 1/2 hours of interviews Tuesday night.

--she was given a list of media, and sat there like a queen checking off which she would grant an interview---and those she would not.

--among the chosen: ABC, NBC, Fox, CBS, local AZ reporter Hayden....

--there will be clips on Good Morning America and the Today Show Wednesday a.m.

--beth karas reported that she had the media running around "doing errands" for her, fetching make-up....(looks like they didn't come through w/ a complete cover for the on again/off again lip herpes..)

--i'm unsure of which of the clips it was, but i'm pretty sure she hopes the jury will (ignore the admonition) as she proclaimed: "I believe in mercy, forgiveness, and second chances..."

--uh huh, I'm pretty certain that Travis would love a 2nd chance too.

--that's awesome 'cleo'----I read a couple of tweets tonight that the LIAR wasn't completely honest w/ the jury in her allocution (shocker)---the website says that "a portion" of the proceeds goes to charity (while she implied that all $$'s from the Tshirt sales went to DV causes (or whatever it was that she was blabbing on about.)

--also, a rep for Beyonce has confirmed that action has been taken to have her/her fansite "cease and desist" from using their music on the site. applause to all that got behind that and made it happen.

If the DP was ever called to be given it is this case and I hope with every fiber of my being that the jury come's back with the DP.

Not only that, but I believe that every time she took responsibility for Travis not calling Steven, for Travis taking that last picture with his sister and for Travis' grandmother passing she was putting the knife in Travis' family and letting them know for sure that she was the responsible party that they are never going to have these things again. Jodi is sadistic and she is not thru with this family yet. She wasn't showing real sympathy, she was letting them know that it was due to her, like twisting the knife once it was in. That's why we never heard the words "i'm sorry", not once, because she isn't sorry.

Jodi is hateful to say the least, she blames everyone for what she did and she is out to hurt as many as she can as long as she has a breath left in her.

If this woman is allowed to live, she will torment this family for ever.

She feels like a celebrity, you can tell the way she gave that BS plea for her life. She copied from Travis and how he would motivate people by speaking. She even used Travis till the very end.

This is one woman that is going to rot in hell one day (I guess that will be her ultimate freedom scratch

in hell).
